Entries in the 2013 Brazos Valley Fair & Expo Youth Western Art Show will be on display and judged tomorrow, Saturday, May 18th. The art will be on display for public viewing, prior to the judging, from 12:00pm to 1:30pm in the Ballroom Meeting Rooms at the Brazos County Expo, 5827 Leonard Rd, Bryan, Texas. Admission for the viewing is free and open to the public. Official judging begins at 1:30pm and is closed to the public. The Youth Western Art Show is generously sponsored by Scott & White Healthcare of College Station and has a total 76 entries, including illustrations, photos and sculptures, that will be judged this year. An impressive group of young artists have entered their art work including children from grades K-12 who represent public, private and home schools. Entries this year include students from Brazos, Leon and Robertson Counties. After judging, the art work will be placed on display in area businesses to help showcase the talent of the young artists. Last year, the Inaugural year for the Fair, there were 24 entries in the Art Show. For more information, contact Fiona Lockhart, BVFE, at (979) 821-1407 or visit www.BrazosValleyFair.com .
