RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Brazos Valley Fair & Rodeo welcomes you to the First Annual BVFR Car Show. Car Show participants are required to submit an entry form, including liability release, online, to this event. The entry application entitles the participant to one space for vehicle at a rate of $10.00. Additional spaces can be purchased at a rate of $10.00 each. Entry fee will be paid in cash upon arrival at the car show. Spaces are on a first come, first served basis and no space will be held without registration being submitted. FEE WILL BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SHOW IN CASH.

CAR SHOW ENTRY DEADLINE:

Participants must submit their entry online for the 2023 BVFR Car Show no later than October 11, 2023 at 11:59pm. Entries are placed on first come, first served basis until all spaces have been taken. Any other entries received after this date will be accepted only if space allows.

CLEAN UP:

It is the responsibility of the participants to see that their car show space is clean and all trash picked up prior to leaving. Any property left on the premises after 11:00pm Saturday, October 14, 2023 will become the sole ownership of the BVFR.

NOTE:

Neither the BVFR nor any other volunteers will be held responsible for accidents, theft or damage to persons and/or equipment.
