2023 Scholarship Recipient- Colten Grimm

Texas Star Scholarship recipient Colten Grimm is a senior at A&M Consolidated High School. He has been involved in Brazos County 4H for nine years and FFA for four years. Through Ag Mechanics he found his talent in design and fabrication of livestock equipment. Colten will attend Blinn College in Brenham in the Fall. He plans to transfer to Texas A&M University to double major in Ag Engineering and Poultry Science.

2023 Scholarship Recipient - Avery Cammack

Ms. Avery Cammack is a Senior at St. Joseph Catholic School. She plans to attend Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science. Avery is a winner of both the BVFR General Scholarship as well as the Texas Star Scholaship.

2023 Scholarship Recipient- Raylie Ezell

Texas Star Scholarship recipient Raylie Ezell and I am from Buffalo, Tx. I have showed steers and heifers for the last 10 years as well as participated in livestock judging and photography. I am heavily involved within 4-H and FFA by holding several officer positions and I am so grateful for all the opportunities the livestock industry has given me!

2022 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT - Lane Hillert

Texas Star Scholarship Recipient.Mr. Lane Hillert is a Senior at Anderson Shiro High School. He plans to attend Texas A&M with a degree in Animal Science with plans to become a veterinarian and continue his involvement with his family's commercial cattle operation.

2020 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT - PEYTON SMITH

Texas Star Scholarship Recipient. Ms. Smith is a Junior at College Station High School and will graduate May of 2022. She plans to attend Texas A&M with a degree in Ag business or marketing.

2021 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT - DELAYNA HOLD

Texas Star Scholarship Recipient. Ms. Delayna Hold is a junior at College Station High School. She plans to attend Texsa A&M University and major in marketing with plans to become a marketing specialist upon graduation.
